A fintech marketing site rebuilt for speed and trust.
Challenge
Lumen's legacy site was slow, hard to update, and ranked poorly for its core terms. Conversions on the demo CTA were flat.
Approach
We rebuilt on Next.js with a headless CMS, restructured the information architecture around buyer intent, and shipped a tight design system with measurable performance budgets.
Result
The new site loads in under a second, ranks on page one for three priority terms, and doubled demo signups within a quarter.
